Sprint Race 2 - June 8, 2008-Fenton Lake, NM
Sprint Race # 2 will take place at the Fenton Lake area. Just like last year the elements will include paddling, hiking, and mountain biking. You will need a inflatable or hard shell boat. Tandem is preferred. Also, you will need a PFD and paddle. The club has some boats available. If you want to reserve a club boat, register on active.com then e-mail Steve Prickett. It will be on a first come, first serve basis.
You will also need a mountain bike, trail shoes, food, hydration pack, and compass with UTM grid. The race is planned for a maximum 4.5 hours. Race will start at 9:00 a.m., Sunday, June 8.
